Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe your Content was lawful and should not have been removed, you may file a counter notification with our Copyright Agent by sending the following information to the Copyright Agent:

  1. Identification of the Content that was removed from the Service, preferably by sending us the specific URL if possible. If you are unable to provide the actual URL, provide enough information so that we can identify the material that was removed (e.g., title, subject matter, size, etc.).

  2. Your name, address, telephone number and email address, and statement declaring under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. A statement declaring you consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal Court in the district where you live (if you are in the U.S.), or your consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the country where your service provider is located (if you are not in the U.S.).

  4. Send your notice to our Copyright Agent:

If they fail to do so, we may reinstate the Content at issue in this counter notification.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that Content or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including attorney’s fees.
